Monthly Wix Studio Support – Terms

    • Dedicated monthly support hours based on your selected plan (e.g., 10, 20, or 40 hours)

    • Website updates (text, images, layout improvements)

    • Minor bug fixes and performance improvements

    • Small sections or pages based on available monthly hours

    • Ongoing improvements to keep your website updated and optimized

    • Support via email or WhatsApp

    • Full website redesigns

    • Large new features or complex functionality

    • Content writing (unless agreed separately)

    • Third-party integrations or Velo development

    • Reasonable revisions are included within your monthly hours

    • Work is time-based, not unlimited revisions

    • Additional work beyond available hours or scope will be billed separately

    • Standard requests: 24–72 hours

    • Larger tasks: timelines will be shared in advance

    • Hours do not roll over to the next month

    • Plan is designed for ongoing support, not bulk usage

    • Monthly payment in advance

    • Work begins after payment confirmation

    • No partial refunds for unused time

    • A 7-day notice is required before the next billing cycle

    • Work continues until the current billing cycle ends

    • Requests should be shared via email or WhatsApp

    • Includes 1 scheduled call per month (if required)
